Hi, I'm Holly. I am the Townsville marketing brain behind Lemon Creative and the (hungry) person behind TsvEats.
I did not learn business from a marketing textbook. I learned it behind counters, in sales teams, on restaurant floors and while trying to keep my own business moving when there were a hundred other things demanding attention.
Before Lemon Creative, I owned a hospitality business with my husband. I know what it feels like when wages are due, the week has gone sideways and someone suggests you should “just post more on Instagram.”
Since then, I have managed social media across hospitality, retail, real estate, automotive, wellness and professional services. I have built a trusted local platform from the ground up, watched simple content ideas reach millions of people and helped take one of my longest-standing clients all the way to national television.
It was not an overnight hack. It was years of understanding businesses, backing the right stories and showing up consistently enough for people to care.
That is the work I believe in.
Not manufacturing a personality for your business. Not creating noise for a week. Finding what is already good and making sure the right people see it.
